Terms of Service
1. Service and agreement
Songvora provides AI-assisted song and instrumental generation, lyric assistance, work storage, downloads, and optional public sharing. Personal voice-profile creation and user voice cloning are not currently part of the service. By using Songvora, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Credits, plans, and billing
Generation tasks consume the number of credits shown before submission or in the current pricing information. When the system records a generation task as failed, its generation charge is returned to the account. A completed result that you dislike is not considered a failed task and does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Paid plans and credit packs, when available, are charged at the price and interval shown at checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled by the displayed payment provider. You must cancel an active subscription before deleting your Songvora account.
4. Your submissions
You keep any rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, and other material you submit. You give Songvora and the providers needed to fulfil your request a limited permission to process, transmit, store, and display that material to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use it.
5. Generated output
Songvora does not claim ownership of generated output solely because it was created through your account. However, Songvora cannot grant rights that it or its providers do not own and does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. Your permitted use depends on applicable law, your plan and payment status, provider terms, and any third-party material involved.
You are responsible for listening to and reviewing an output before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise relying on it, and for obtaining legal advice when your intended use requires certainty about rights.
6. Storage and sharing
Media retention varies by plan as described on the pricing and privacy pages. Retention periods apply to stored media and do not promise that the service or any file will remain available indefinitely. If you create a public share link, you authorize Songvora to make the selected work information and media available to anyone with that link until sharing is disabled or the media is removed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Songvora to:
- violate law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security, access, billing, or credit controls; or
- use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or risk.
8. Availability and changes
AI output and processing time vary, and provider failures or maintenance may interrupt the service. Features, providers, pricing, credit costs, and retention terms may change. We will update displayed terms before changes apply where notice is required by law.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Songvora is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, or fitness for a specific use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
