1. Service
Songvora provides AI-assisted music generation, including instrumentals, songs with lyrics, and optional voice cloning. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Voice clone & consent
You may only upload voice samples of yourself (or with explicit legal consent of the voice owner). Impersonation, celebrity voices, and non-consensual cloning are prohibited. You confirm you have the right to use submitted audio.
4. Credits & billing
Generation tasks consume credits at published rates. Failed tasks are refunded automatically. Paid plans and credit packs are subject to displayed pricing when checkout is enabled.
5. Content & usage rights
You retain responsibility for prompts and lyrics you submit. Usage rights for generated audio depend on your plan tier and applicable third-party model terms. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Acceptable use
No spam, abuse, reverse engineering of the platform, or attempts to circumvent credit limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may vary in quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
