Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
- Account: email, name (optional), password hash, or Google account identifier when you use Google login
- Usage: works, prompts, lyrics, credit transactions
- Voice: audio samples you upload for voice profiles
- Technical: session tokens, essential cookies for login
2. How we use data
To operate the product (generate music, manage credits, authenticate you), improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Voice data
Voice samples are processed to create your voice profile via our voice-cloning provider. You can request deletion by contacting support. Only clone your own voice with consent.
4. Third parties
Music generation, LLM lyrics, voice cloning, and payment (when enabled) rely on subprocessors. Data sent to them is limited to what is required for each task.
Generated media and voice samples may be stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage. Access is restricted through short-lived links after account and file ownership checks.
If you choose Google login, Google provides your verified email, name, and account identifier for authentication. Songvora does not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated content from Account settings. You may also contact support for assistance.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your region you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data. EU users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies are not enabled in the MVP build unless disclosed separately.
