Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy describes how Songvora handles information when you visit the site, create an account, generate music, manage credits, or share a track. Personal voice-profile creation and user voice cloning are not currently offered.
2. Information we handle
- Account information, such as your email, optional display name, and Google account identifier if you choose Google sign-in
- Short-lived, one-time token hashes used to complete passwordless email sign-in
- Content you provide, including prompts, lyrics, style selections, and other generation settings
- Generated content and records, including audio, artwork, work metadata, task status, and public-share settings
- Account activity, including credit grants, generation charges, refunds, and payment checkout or subscription status
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as authentication tokens and request or error logs
- Analytics data about site visits and usage when you consent, such as pages viewed, device details, and approximate location
Payment details such as full card numbers are collected and processed by the payment provider, not by Songvora.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, process generation requests, maintain works and credit balances, provide downloads and sharing, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. Songvora does not sell personal data.
4. Service providers
Depending on the feature and configuration in use, Songvora sends the information required for a task to service providers such as TTAPI or its underlying music-generation services, OpenRouter for assisted lyric generation, Creem for checkout and subscription processing, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Google for optional sign-in and site analytics, and infrastructure providers used to host the application. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Storage, access, and sharing
Generated media may be stored in private object storage and delivered through time-limited links after an account access check. Works are private by default. If you enable a public share link, anyone who obtains that link can view the shared title, cover, audio, and lyrics until you disable sharing or the media is removed under the applicable retention period.
Authentication tokens, onboarding state, privacy preferences, and active-task references may be stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear this data through your browser.
6. Retention and deletion
Generated media retention depends on the plan recorded for the work: the current periods are 7 days for Free works and 30 days for Creator or credit-pack works. Pro works currently have no scheduled media-expiration date. When media expires, the work record may remain in your library while its stored audio or artwork is removed.
Account and transaction records are generally kept while your account is active. The account settings page provides account deletion after any active subscription is cancelled. Deletion removes the account and associated application records and attempts to remove associated stored media. A provider may retain limited information when required by law or under its own applicable retention obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update available account details, disable a public share link, reject analytics storage, or request account deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security and changes
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change and will revise the date above.
